New Forms

    • This form must be filled out prior to disturbances in the Critical Area (1000' landward of tidal waters, wetlands, and associated non-tidal wetlands). This form holds the property owner or developer responsible for mitigating disturbances to the Critical Area and for ensuring survival of mitigation plantings.
    • This mitigation or afforestation agreement is signed by the property owner or developer and the County and holds the property owner or developer responsible for installing and caring for plant material for two years. A surety in the form of a bond, letter of credit, or check is necessary. The period of this agreement begins when all plant material has been installed according to a planting plan or Buffer Management Plan. This form may be used for either the Forest Conservation Act or Critical Area Law.
